Biography
Paul Lewthwaite was born in Douglas on the Isle of Man in 1969. He lived in Adelaide, Australia for three years before his family returned to Douglas in 1974. Paul completed his Foundation Course at the Isle of Man College of Further Education before beginning undergraduate studies at the University of Sunderland in 1990. He graduated in Fine Art, winning the degree show prize in 1993. In 1995, Paul moved to Nottingham, where he continues to work as a full-time artist. His work has been exhibited widely across the UK, Europe and the USA. Paul is an elected Associate of the Royal British Society of Sculptors.
